PURPOSE : The purpose of the Heartland Baptist Women is to support the ministries of Baptist women in Manitoba and Saskatchewan churches affiliated with CBWC. and to provide opportunities for spiritual growth through retreats and workshops organized by the team.
SCRIPTUAL MANDATE: We are called " to equip God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ". Ephesians 4:12-13
MISSION STATEMENT: To encourage and equip women to discover and use their God-given gifts with confidence and compassion in their homes, churches, communities and around the world.

FRIENDSHIP: to foster and nurture relationships; to teach, mentor and support women.
OUTREACH: to touch women with the love of Christ locally and globally.
CHARACTER: to provide opportunities for spiritual growth so that women will be consciously God-indwelt, Christ-led and Spirit-gifted.
UNITY: to stand together as women in our common mission of bringing Christ to the world.
SERVICE: to bring awareness of social concerns and encourage proactive involvement in services to both church and community.
